  1. Pour water into saucepan, then Add Thrive Instant Brown Rice, Red bell peppers, and celery.
  2. Use half of salt, half of black pepper in Rice.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes
  4. While rice is simmering, add Olive oil, Chopped onions and Green Chili peppers to another saucepan
  5. Stir for a minute, now add Refreshed ground beef, stir.
  6. Add remainder black pepper and Salt.
  7. Brown ground beef 3 to 4 minutes, done.
